Rock Out With Your Glock Mag Out

Gaston Glock pretty much nailed it on the first try with the Glock 17. One thing he overlooked was an easy to use mag catch. That's why Larry Vickers and TangoDown developed the Vickers Extended Magazine Release. With this new design, you can also lay the gun flat on its side without fear of accidentally releasing the magazine.

Now, anyone with small to average sized hands can release the Glock mag without significantly shifting their grip on the weapon. It's easy to install (usually in less than 2 minutes) and is made of the same tough polymer as the factory part.

The Vickers Extended Magazine Release is mandatory if you want to use the Crimson Trace Lasergrips that attach to the backstrap of the weapon, furthering the distance between your thumb and the mag release.

Gen 3 Style GMR-001 fits Glock models 17, 19, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 31, 32, 33, 34, and 35.

Does not fit Gen4 Glocks.

	The stock Glock release is too short, the Glock extended release is too long. This mag relaease is juuuust right. It solves the problem without creating another.

	SHTF
	The TANGODOWN GMR-001 is the perfect happy medium between the original Glock release, and Glocks extended mag release. This piece is right in the middle. Still small GEN 3 size, and extends outward just the right amount (not too far like the Glock factory extension) You can tell the folks at TANGODOWN really thought this thru. Gret piece and easy install.

	I have installed this on several models, G17, G19, G27, and a G32. Makes mag changes easier without breaking your grip or "biting" into the support hand while shooting like some other extended mag releases do, or releasing the mag while holstered when you are in certain positions or in a vehicle. Excellent product.

	On all my Glocks except my GSSF 34
	I kept the Glock 34 stock for GSSF matches, but every one of my other Glocks (and there are a few) now have this part. Great for CCW.
