Where Do You Ship?We ship anywhere in the United States and APO (excluding ITAR regulated items) via USPS or UPS. Sorry, we don't do International orders. Don't ask. Seriously.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?Yes. Order $100 or more and you are eligible for free standard UPS or USPS (our choice) shipping (lower 48 states only- sorry AK/HI customers!). Just choose free shipping during checkout.
What Are Your Hours?We are open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM CST. Since the overwhelming majority of our orders go out USPS, we are closed on all USPS holidays. We're also closed on Good Friday, the week of July 4th (for employee vacations), and the week between Christmas and New Years (for employee vacations).
Will I Get Shipment Notification?Yes. You will get an email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do You Offer Officer or Soldier discounts?Sorry. Our product and shipping prices reflect our lowest standard order rates and are very competitive.
Do You Offer LEO or MIL Volume Discounts?Yes. Email sales@nettac.com to place an order for your Military Unit or Law Enforcement Department.
Can I Place a Phone Order?For order accuracy and credit card security, we require all orders to originate on our SSL encrypted website.
Having trouble placing an order?
Due to our fraud prevention system, some orders placed from overseas are not allowed. You can thank all of the scammers in Europe. Still having problems? Check your billing address, expiration date and code on the back of your card. Still having problems? Email us at sales@nettac.com
What is your return policy?We want you to be happy. You have 30 days from the shipped date to return to us at your expense, any unused, new merchandise for a refund minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
If the product is broken or you feel doesn't work correctly, please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
If we screwed up the order, we'll make it right, replace the item and eat the shipping costs to send you the correct item and to return the wrong one. Simple and fair.
- Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via www.nettac.com.
- Items must be returned in its original condition and include the original packaging. All returns will be inspected to confirm they meet this criteria.
- It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items. If we don't receive it, we can't refund it.
- If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has passed our inspection.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is
responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return
shipments.
- All returns or exchanges will be charged a 10% restocking fee (unless we shipped you the wrong item).
- Exchanges for a more expensive item will require paying the difference before the new item can ship.
- Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a
delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your
return.
